Ironman 4x4 Suspensions

Ironman 4x4 for your Ranger

From the Australian Outback to German Roads with ABE

A suspension upgrade has to be the perfect companion for the driver's special needs and demands on his vehicle - without compromise! Whether it's the adventure of the daily commute or a week-long expedition through the Pamir mountains. Road comfort and off-road performance simply have to be right.

Ironman4x4's suspension systems offer a wide range of configuration options in advance and can therefore be perfectly tailored to your individual requirements even before the suspension system is installed in your beloved vehicle.

Every vehicle and every specification is as different and individual as its owner.

For example, there are three different spring rates, virtually the basic setting for the intended driving behaviour or suitably tailored to a permanent load of each chassis, which are completely geared to the upcoming loading tasks that the basic vehicle must fulfil.

Comfort springs: The handling remains close to standard, offers excellent long-distance comfort with a moderate lift of up to 4.5 centimetres, and, like the original suspension, does not falter with occasional loads or in trailer operation.

Performance springs: The real all-rounder in the range. Even if the demands vary from day to day, the Performance spring rate is ready for all uses! Whether travelling empty or occasionally heavily loaded, with Performance you are on the safe side and unbeatable off-road!

Constant Load springs: As the name suggests, these springs are designed for use under constant load and put the load book back to zero! Equipped with a camper or workshop extension, the Constant Load springs start where others already go to their knees. With plenty of reserve up to the permissible total weight! The ideal, tough companions for the professional user and the expedition traveller. The Constant Load springs simply do everything.

How do I choose the right suspension for me ?

First of all, you should determine what the intended use is, how much on-road and off-road driving will be done. It is also important how much extra weight you constantly carry on the front and rear axles, e.g. a winch bumper , a hardtop with or without a roof tent, permanent equipment, etc.

Then please fill out the "load specification form" and send it to us by e-mail.
