Introducing: AIR, the latest LED light bar series from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy duty truck and commercial vehicle market. There are three lamp variants within the series: AIR-55, AIR-90 and AIR-130 Elite, with the numerical value representing the power consumption of each lamp. Throughout the AIR range, every consideration has been made by our in-house UK design, engineering and manufacturing department to present a high performance LED solution with an eye-catching product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and a distinctive position light function. As with every Lazer product, light output and build quality are fully guaranteed. In addition, the light distribution has been carefully developed to ensure optimum vertical and horizontal illumination for road use, including higher vehicle mounting positions. The high beam performance of the lamp is within the UNECE regulation 149 for a road-approved driving light.

Apart from the remarkable high beam illumination levels, all AIR products have an integrated “double” position light in white or amber. Aside from the safety benefits, the use of the latest technologies and materials has created a distinctive appearance that can be viewed up close or from a distance. When the white position light is in operation, it is approved for road use in accordance with UNECE Regulation 148.

The design and build quality of the AIR products are enhanced by the injection molded monocoque polycarbonate lens. With a lifetime warranty on the “unbreakable” lens, which is hard coat coated (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes Lazer also controls internally), the lens flows down and under the lamp, with a textured finish on the underside.

The AIR-55 offers excellent value for money with the product design and styling inherited from the more powerful AIR-90 and with the guaranteed robustness and reliability backed by our comprehensive 5 year warranty. With a light output of 6,800 lumens and 1 lux up to 400 m, the AIR-55 is a very powerful LED light bar at a competitive price.  The unique lamp design is enhanced by the innovative 'center mount' system supplied, which allows the lamp to sit much lower in relation to the mounting point for a clean, elegant installation.
